Thank You,
The Lord Bless You and Keep You.
Like eagles care for their young , Lord you’ve watch over me,
And since the day I was born again, You nurtured me,
You feed me daily on the milk of the Word, providing as I grew,
Patiently instructing as I followed Your moves,
On eagle’s wings You carried me, on eagle’s wings You set me free,
Ah You brought me out of bondage and by Your blood you’ve redeemed me,
You brought me through wilderness times and supplied all my needs,
All my needs,
I’ve known Your discipline Lord, teaching me Your ways,
Stirring up the nest where it was comfortable I wanted to stay,
Urging me to use those wings to soar above the mountains,
And not to live in the valley of law but to know the freedom of your grace,
On eagle’s wings You carried me, on eagle’s wings ah You set me free ah….
You brought me out of bondage and by Your blood you’ve redeemed me,
You brought me through wilderness times and supplied all my needs
All my needs,
In times of trouble Lord, You’ve always been there in the shelter of
Your wings driving away my fears hovering over protecting till,
The storms had passed and all those dark clouds had cleared
Away at last,
On eagle’s wings You carried me on eagle’s wings You set me free ah
You brought me out of bondage and by Your blood you’ve redeemed me,
You brought me though wilderness times and supplied all my needs,
All my needs,
On eagle’s wings You carried me.
Yesterday’s gone I can’t go back
I just can’t live in the past
I must keep pressing on,
Laying aside every weight and sin running this race by faith to win,
I must keep pressing on, yesterday’s gone
This is now a new sunrise a brand new day to reach new heights
I must keep pressing on
Toward the mark for the prize
The high calling of God in Christ Jesus
I must keep pressing on,
Yesterday’s gone and this is now,
I’m pressing on to higher ground,
Forgetting those things that are behind,
Keeping the Lord Jesus Christ before my eyes,
And those what ifs those could have beens
I learning to give to Him
and that water over the dam I can do nothing about,
I’m trusting the Lord to turn it around for good somehow,
Yesterday’s gone and this is now I’m pressing on to higher ground forgetting those things that are behind keeping the Lord Jesus before my eyes,
Keeping the Lord Jesus before my eyes
Keeping the Lord Jesus Christ before my eyes…
Smoke was rising there was scream’n,
Satan didn’t wanna let me go,
Cried out to Jesus and He answered,
He delivered my soul he set me free,
He brought me out of the pit, out of the miry clay,
He set my feet upon a Rock,
He established my goings,
He put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God,
A new song even praise to our God,
Now I’m singing now I’m dancing a new creation in Christ,
His resurrection power changing transforming my life,
He brought me out the pit out of the miry clay,
He set my feet upon a Rock, He established my goings,
He put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God,
A new song even praise to our God,
Oh hallelujah, hallelujah praise His wonderful name,
Oh Hallelujah, hallelujah I’ll never be the same ,
He brought me out of the pit. Out of the miry clay,
He set my feet upon a Rock, He established my goings,
He put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God,
A new song even praise to our God,
A new song even praise to our God,
A new song even praise to our God.
2000 years have come and gone since the Savior was on earth,
The virgin born Son of God, they called Him Jesus at His birth,
The great I Am, the Incarnate Word, He laid down His life,
He was the Lamb God promised Abraham, the perfect final sacrifice,
His own received Him not, they were looking for a king,
Not a baby born in a stable, not a lowly Nazarene,
That day when they had Him crucified as He hung there In agony and shame,
They didn’t know that he would rise again and win the victory o’er the grave,
The next time that He comes He won’t be a small child,
The next time that He comes He won’t be meek and mild,
He’ll be coming in power and every knee shall bow,
And every eye shall see Him as His great glory is unveiled,
Before He left this earth He said He would come again,
That He was going away to prepare a place for those believe In Him,
And now as He sets at God’s right hand waiting for the Father’s command
To meet His church in the air for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb,
The next time that He comes He’ll be called Faithful and True,
The next time that He comes the day of grace will be through,
He’ll be riding on a white horse and He will judge and make war,
He won’t be riding a small donkey, He won’t be hung on a cross anymore,
There are those who laugh and say that’s an old story, He hasn’t Come yet so eat, drink and be merry, do your own thing get all you can get, but the Lord is not slack concerning promises that He’s made, He said He’s the Alpha and Omega, to Him a thousand years are as a day,
The next time that He comes He’ll be King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the next time that He comes, He won’t wear a crown of thorns,
His eyes will be as a flame of fire there’ll be many royal crowns on His head and He will reign forever His kingdom will never end,
He will reign forever His kingdom will never end
It’s time to stay out of the swamp,
It’s time to stay out of the muck,
It’s time to keep our eyes on Jesus,
And walk on water if we must,
It’s time to stay out of the swamp,
The water’s not fit to drink,
It’s time to get away from the quicksand pits,
Don’t wanna slip in and sink,
It’s time quit toying with crocodiles,
It’s time to quit sidestepping snakes,
It’s time to get rid of the leeches ,
The spiders, mosquitoes in our face,
It’s time to stay out of the swamp
It’s not safe to swim in that place,
So hard to see below the surface,
Don’t wanna be alligator bait,
It’s time to stay out of the swamp,
It’s not a healthy place to be,
The white garments keep getting muddy,
They’re so hard to keep clean,
It’s time quit chasing tadpoles,
It’s time to get rid of the frogs,
It’s time to leave behind the turtles,
It’s time to get out of fog! Out of the fog!
It’s time to go where living waters flow the air is fresh and clean,
The sun shines bright the sky is blue the grass is sweet and green,
Ah It’s time to go where the water is clear runs so deep and pure,
That when you jump in to take a swim you come out cleaner than Before, Oh it’s time it’s high time,
It’s time to keep our feet on solid ground where we can run this race to win,
It’s time to lay aside every weight it’s time to lay aside every sin,
Ah looking to Jesus the author the finisher of our faith,
And we must press in to endure to the end,
If we’re gone to stay in this race,
You know it’s time it’s high time,
You know it’s time Oh it’s time,
It’s high time.
There’s a lighthouse shining bright, a beacon of hope,
Reaching out with the Light, showing the way out of darkness,
Out of the storm, out of the fog, safely to shore,
So Let it shine let it shine brighter and brighter all the time,
Showing the way out of darkness out of the storm,
Out of fog safely to shore,
A strong tower built on the Rock the sure foundation,
Sending forth the message of His love His salvation,
Drawing the lost to the cross with the light,
To a brand new life in Jesus Christ,
So let it shine let it shine brighter and brighter all the time,
Showing the way out of darkness out of the storm,
Out of the fog safely to shore,
A tower of prayer built up by faith, full of compassion,
Full of mercy and grace, sending out the light and ,
The truth rescuing souls, guiding ships safely home,
So let it shine, let it shine, brighter and brighter all the time,
Showing the way out of darkness out of the storm,
Out of the fog safely to shore,
And when the new day breaks when the shadows flee away,
There will be no more night only day,
When the true Light shines forevermore,
We’ll be glad we kept His light shining,
showing the way to shore, to shore,
So let it shine let it shine brighter and brighter all the time,
Showing the way out of darkness out the storm out of the fog,
Safely to shore.
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh,
They stumbled and fell.
Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear:
Though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after;
That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion:
In the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
And now shall mine head be lifted up,
Above mine enemies round about me:
Therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy;
I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.
The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken,
And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty,
God hath shined.
Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence:
A fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
He shall call to the heavens from above,
And to the earth, that he may judge his people.
Gather my saints together unto me;
Those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
And the heavens shall declare his righteousness:
For God is judge himself.
Except the LORD build the house,
They labour in vain that build it:
Except the LORD keep the city,
The watchman waketh but in vain.
It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows:
For so he giveth his beloved sleep.
Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD:
And the fruit of the womb is his reward.
As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man;
So are children of the youth.
Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them:
They shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
That’s where I go to find those early morels in the springtime,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
Where new life first appears, where the smell of spring is in the air,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
That’s where go to find those early morels in the springtime,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
Where the birds are sweetly singing, where the honey bees are busy,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
That’s where I go to find those early morels in the springtime,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
That’s where I go to find those early morels in the springtime,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines.
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines,
On the side of the hill where the morning sun shines.
Land of the Free, Home of the Brave,
We remember those who served the USA
Who paid a price, sacrificed
For the freedom we enjoy today,
Men & women strong and brave,
Defending this nation night & day,
Standing fast for freedom’s sake,
So worthy of honor we remember them today,
Freedom isn’t free!
A price is paid for liberty.
When I see the cross,
And watch the flag wave in the breeze,
I’m reminded, freedom isn’t free.
On a hill far away, the price was paid,
For the freedom of all mankind,
No longer in the grave,
Jesus lives today,
And He’s just a prayer away!
Someday God’s trumpet will sound,
Someday every weapon laid down,
And men will study war no more,
Men will study war no more.
Chorus:
Freedom isn’t free,
A price is paid for liberty,
When I see the cross,
And watch the flag wave in the breeze,
I’m reminded freedom isn’t free…..
I’m reminded freedom isn’t free……..
Like to get up early at the crack of dawn,
Put my berry picking clothes on,
When the berries are ripe and it’s picking time,
Like to get out there in that morning sunshine,
While i love berry picking time,
Love picking berries in the morning sunshine,
Love the sound of the busy honeybees,
Love to hear the birds singing in the trees,
I love berry picking time,
People picking up and down the rows,
Hear them talking as they go,
Children laughing helping out,
Putting berries in the baskets some in there mouth,
While i love berry picking time
Love picking berries in the morning sunshine,
Love the sound of the busy honeybees,
Love to hear the birds singing in the trees,
I love berry picking time,
While i love berry pie,
Shortcake with berries piled up high,
I love berries topped with whipped cream,
Milk and sugar or just to eat,
I love berry picking time,
Love picking berries in the morning sunshine,
Love the sound of the busy honeybees,
Love the birds singing in the trees,
I love berry picking time,
While i love berry pie,
Shortcake with berries piled up high,
I love berries topped with whipped cream,
Milk and sugar or just to eat,
I love berry picking time,
Love picking berries in the morning sunshine,
Love the sound of the busy honeybees,
Love to hear the birds singing in the trees,
I love berry picking time,
I love berry picking time.
I sing and make music to bring glory to God. I write music to encourage and lift people up to a closer walk with Jesus.
